Oh wow. It’s been a little over a year since I have last blogged.
Despite all the best intentions to keep things going around here, my work at Blooma really skyrocketed in 2019 and required me to step away from this space for a bit.
Well I’m back.
I’ve decided to shift my focus here a bit to writing primarily about parenting. My kids will be turning 5 and 3 soon and I am feeling such a need to be a genuine role model for them, especially when it comes to things that are near and dear to my heart. I hope that my kids learn to love and protect the environment, foster their curiosities, and have a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
And to be that model for them, it turns out I have a bit of work and healing to do myself.
I have been doing a lot of reading and studying and listening to podcasts and attending workshops and I am so excited by the possibilities here. Thanks for continuing to join me on this journey and stay tuned for another installment soon!
